Our sweet Jake..my how much we miss you. Thank you for the past 12 years of being there through all of our highest highs and lowest lows and every day in between. Thank you for all of those wonderful memories. There won't be a day that goes by that we won't think of you. The day you left us, is the day you took a piece of us with you. Till we meet again our sweet boy.
