Hachi Bear Miller

2010 - 2025

Hachi - Means the #8 in Japanese. Named him after the heart wrenching movie "hachi" and because he was given to my daughter for christmas at age 8. He was one original little "quirky turkey." we figured out early that he couldn't hear well...and he howled like nobody's business! he would turn a million circles on his pee pad before he actually "released." i don't know how he did that without slamming himself up against a wall from gettng dizzy! at night before he'd go to sleep on my bed (his bed really), he's dig and dig and dig on the covers as if he found gold! sometimes i'd find presents under the cover or under my pillow from a treat he stashed earlier. he was truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND little dog, and his presence is sorely missed. what i'd give to hear his howl...he was from a line of show dogs...he had the most beautiful silky hair with a slight wave/curl to it. oh hachi bear! i love you so much - and i miss you like the desert misses the rain. ziggy biscuit, sparky-bubbawalrus, coco bella luce, lil'boo twinkie bean and lil bitsy boop all miss you too! you had your own way - your own personality so unique to all the others. god says heaven is anything you can imagine. well...since it would not be heaven to me without being reunited with all of my pets throughout my life, the thoughts of me seeing you on the other side is my only peace and comfort. until we see each other again, i hope you are finally finding what you have been digging for all your life on earth! i love you, hachi bear miller.
